The following formula corrects the reported buoy air pressure to a sea-level pressure:

    P - air pressure reported by buoy (hPa or mbars)
    h - altitude above sea-level for sensor (m, use the lake surface elevation above)
    T - air temperature reported by buoy (°C)
    P0 - sea-level pressure (hPa)
